This Is Not a Government or Law-Enforcement Office. Marion County Warrant Records cannot run a warrant check, confirm a case, recall process, take payment, post bond, arrange surrender, or give legal advice. Use the official office that holds the record.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office that matches the document or question. Sheriff dispatch can route an unknown service question. The issuing clerk controls the court docket and court action.
- County warrant or service question: Marion County Sheriff's Department dispatch, 423-942-2525 or 423-942-3004; headquarters is 5 N. Oak Avenue, Jasper. Administrative and detective hours are listed as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central, closed major holidays. Those hours do not promise a public warrant or surrender window. Official sheriff contacts.
- Custody or booking: jail/corrections at 423-942-8012. Ask the jail about custody and bond procedure; contact the court clerk about the underlying case.
- Circuit or General Sessions file: Circuit Court Clerk Lonna Henderson at the Marion County Justice Center, 5 Oak Avenue, 423-942-2134. County materials also list 423-942-8020 for clerk or docket information. See the county court directory and AOC clerk profile.
- City traffic or ordinance case: call the issuing city clerk. Jasper: 423-942-5862; Kimball: 423-837-7040; South Pittsburg: 423-837-7511; Whitwell: 423-658-5151, extension 2; Monteagle: 931-924-2078. The Tennessee AOC clerk directory and official city pages list current routes.
- Family or child-support process: Clerk & Master Paige Mashburn, 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 203, Jasper, 423-942-2601. Juvenile Court matters use 423-942-9444 and have separate access limits.
- Existing public county record: the county planning and building page says request forms come from the Mayor's Office. Ask for the custodian and a specific records-request form; it is not a warrant-clearing desk. County public-record form information.
For a routine status question, do not call 911. There is no public statewide Tennessee warrant search, and the sheriff site publishes no warrant-specific email, direct warrant desk, or general surrender schedule. Call before appearing and ask what office, time, and paperwork apply.
